Strengthens Firm with ADDITION of Matthew Gensburg and National Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Workouts Practice

 

Chicago, IL | March 20, 2017 – Gensburg Calandriello & Kanter, P.C. announces a name change effective immediately from its former name of Dale & Gensburg, P.C.  A boutique law firm, GCK’s notable practice areas include Tax Controversies, Private Client Services such as estate planning and asset protection, Corporate Transactional Services, Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Workouts, and Commercial Litigation.  GCK is dedicated to providing clients with personal attention and effective and value-driven legal services.

 

The firm also announces the formation of a National Bankruptcy, Workouts, and Restructuring Practice Group which will be led by Matthew Gensburg.  With over 30 years of bankruptcy, financial restructuring and related matters, Gensburg is a seasoned commercial litigator and trusted advisor who provides clients with a seamless approach towards navigating the complex issues involving commercial transactions.  Gensburg is the former Chair and a current member of the Chicago Bar Association’s Pro Bono Bankruptcy Committee.  Matt was the past Program Chair and is a current Advisory Board Member of the Central States Chapter of the American Bankruptcy Institute covering Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin.  He was formerly a partner with the national law firm of Greenberg Traurig.  E. Philip Groben also joins the firm as an associate in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Workouts Practice Group.
