      Danielle Gensburg focuses her practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. She also assists with estate and trust administration, general business law, and federal and state tax controversy matters. Since joining Gensburg Calandriello & Kanter, P.C., Danielle has been involved in breach of contract and other commercial matters, bankruptcy proceedings, and several civil lawsuits.   

       

      Before working at Gensburg Calandriello & Kanter, P.C., Danielle served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Daniel A. Trevino in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and as a law clerk for The Collins Law Firm, where she worked on environmental and civil rights matters. 

       

      Before law school, Danielle worked as a journalist for several years, including for the Chicago Tribune, MAKE IT Better magazine, 22nd Century Media, and the Chicago Reader. She lives in Chicago.
